Common questions

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Open the app, go to the paywall or Profile screen, and tap “Restore Purchases.” Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Mind Games, then change or cancel your plan there.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also email us and we'll handle it for you.

My streak or progress looks wrong.

Make sure you're signed in and connected to the internet so your data can sync. If something still looks off, email us with your account email and a screenshot and we'll fix it.
